They have specialist knowledge in their fields as well as a firm commitment to the Phoenix strengths based philosophy.
Richard Lamb
Richard has consulting experience in the business service outsourcing and IT industries. He followed his first degree with an MSC in Computation from UMIST. He’s also a PRINCE2 Practitioner and member of the British Computer Society.
Rachael Lamb
Rachael has held a variety of Corporate Communications and Public Relations positions. She researched the powerful role that people play in delivering organisational strategy during her MBA at the Nottingham University Business School.
